Each Standard License purchase is confined to one video, production, or creation, and the Music cannot be reused in additional projects without purchasing additional licenses. Track may be used multiple times within the one created video, stream, production, etc.
- “Copies Sold” means any individual copies or downloads of a Licensee’s end product (including but not limited to physical copies, digital downloads, app or software licenses) sold or otherwise distributed to end users.
- “End Product” means a distinct project or product (e.g., a single film, a single game, a specific online video) into which the Music is incorporated.
- “Broadcast” means transmission via television, radio, streaming services (e.g., Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime), major national or international networks, or theatrical exhibition to audiences exceeding small-scale local or indie distribution.
- “Large-Scale Blockbuster Video Game Producers” refers to game developers or publishers whose titles exceed one million (1,000,000) total copies sold or are widely released on major console platforms with significant global marketing and reach.
- “Large-Scale Corporate Advertisement Campaign” is a high-budget marketing effort designed to promote a product, service, or brand across multiple platforms with widespread reach. It typically involves mass media exposure through television, radio, national and international streaming services, billboards, and major online advertising. These campaigns target large audiences, often in the millions, and use a multi-channel strategy that can include digital, social media, print, and live events. With significant financial investment and professional production, they aim to maximize brand awareness, customer engagement, and overall market impact.
